Meditation Mentoring Program

There is a glut of information about meditation on the market, but few opportunities to practice, especially if you are far away and alone.  With a little assistance from technology and support from a teacher, this program is the chance to give yourself a great boost in confidence, clarity and commitment.  

In this program, meditation is presented in commonsense,   

relevant and compelling terms. Sandra encourages you   

to become a scientist using yourself as the subject.

What is Meditation?

To put it simply, meditation is the art of relaxing your body and quieting your mind.  It's learning to tolerate challenging thoughts, emotions and experiences. And it's a time-honored method to develop self-awareness.  We cannot manage ourselves if we are not self-aware; we cannot become aware of others if we are not self-aware, and we cannot manage our relationships or maximize their effectiveness if we are not self-aware. 

What's in this program?

Wherever you are and whatever the circumstance in your life, meditation practise is coming to you! This is a 6-week program of carefully considered meditation instructions that will show you how to settle more comfortably into each moment's experience yet still remain alert. You will know the contrast between mind states marred by confusion and fear with those that are endowed with compassion, clarity, courage and joy.
