Meditation Specifics

By engaging in the meditation program with Sandra as your mentor, you will experience the liberating impact that occurs when you have someone right along side you who is supportive and has walked the path before you.  You'll feel warmly welcomed, free to work at your own pace, and have your questions answered with careful consideration.   

Practise Tracks:

Track One is an introduction to stress management and creative thinking techniques to help you to investigate old patterns that keep you stuck in predictable responses to stress and to learn new ways to respond more creatively.

Track Two introduces meditation practices that help you to extract yourself from the contents of what you think and feel to explore how you think and feel. 

Track Three  is for you if you already have an established meditation practise and need encouragement to explore further or you're experiencing difficulties that need attention.  

You don't need to spend the rest of your life fighting against the ravages of stress!

Here's How It Works:  

You will be given specific weekly instructions on how to commit a period of time everyday to suspend habitual reactions and engage in relaxation or meditation.  

Every week there is a scheduled one-hour session to ask questions, clarify concerns, and to learn ways to live your life as a meditation in action.  

By the end of the program, you will increase your ability to make stress-free choices and be more aware of how to positively spend your energy.
