Mentoring SpecificsIn the Stillpoint Mentoring Program, you will make the changes you need make to start a new chapter in your life. Here's how it works: - About 15 minutes to 1/2 hour each day you will be given an awareness practise to give you a short break from the distracting chatter in your mind and put you in a restorative, listening state of mind.
- Additionally, about once a week you will have to commit to approximately 1/2 to one hour of time for an assignment to assist you in gaining new perspectives on old issues and to chart your progress.
- One hour every week we will schedule a personal session for guidance and creative encouragement.
- Once a week there is the option of a short email check-in
- And a few minutes each day is given to journal writing to record your new insights.
